Adventuring

Image
Recent Adventures Stepping away from fashion content this time, letting you all in on a little bit of who I am and what I love! Doing a full-time Uni degree and another part-time degree free time is not something that I have much of. However me and my bestie have dedicated Mondays to adventuring (if we aren't being lazy). We have decided to visit as many locations within Northern Ireland as we can because it's crazy that we haven't seen at least half of the country we live in. Kodak corner + slievemeen  This was our first location and definitely my favourite so far.  Kodak Corner is one of those places that captures the essence of the Mourne Mountains perfectly. It’s a well-known photography spot located near the foothills of the Mournes, earning its name because of the sheer beauty of the landscape. It’s still just as stunning now, whether you’re snapping on a smartphone or carrying a DSLR. However if i can make one reccomendation it would be to go on a clear day, we we...

Starlight Studios

Starlight Studios Starting your own business can be one of the most thrilling yet challenging experiences. When I launched Starlight Studios  I didn't expect much to come of it and just viewed it as  a side hustle opportunity. It started as a small project but quickly grew quite profitable. My goal was to create a collection of tees that would resonate with individuals who shared the same fashion taste as me. After doing some research, I found that the t-shirt industry had a relatively low barrier to entry. With platforms like Depop and...

My current fashion faves

Subtle Gorpcore : Something I am loving at the moment is Arc'teryx Jackets, I can't get enough of them. Although we may not be hiking any mountains I still think these jackets could be a wardrobe staple for our typical Northern Irish weather. However this model of jacket come in at a not so nice £550 (ouch) however there are many similar 'dupes' for much less. Fur Coats : I LOVE LOVE LOVE fur coats, my current debate is wether to get a leopard print one or a plain one but this Zara one has made up my mind for me. It's a perfect basic that can be dressed up or down. I personally pair my Dr Marten platforms with just  about anything and after creating this outfit I was just completely obsessed with the way the coat just adds that perfect finishing touch to an otherwise very basic outfit. Hoodies that HOODIE : I love a good hoodie, but I also get very  fussy when  it comes to investing in one. Akimbo seem to have just got everything right with their "Akimbo Hoodie...
